Audience Feedback for Speaking / Workshops
Dr. Kathy Hart’s recent presentation to the Executive Advisory Forum, “EAF” was spot on. She identified for this group of CEO’s and business owners the pending challenge of recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce for their companies. The workshop format she utilized helped every one of them recognize the need for a descriptive vision for their company, who should deliver the message and how it should be delivered to ensure buy in from their employees. Key point recognized is that the reason employees may join a firm may not be the same reason they stay.

Thank you, Katherine for the excellent keynote address during the annual Safety Woman of the Year recognition banquet. You presented sophisticated concepts in simple and understandable terms, and showed how such concepts can be effective in the industrial environment. Your concern for effective business actions and long term welfare of organizations was evident and rewarding. I look forward to the next opportunity to hear you from the podium.

Loved your presentation . . . great sense of humor and solid content. One question you asked really resonated with me: “What happens if you’re the source of the problem?” I never thought of asking that of a [leader], but it’s a great question.

I wanted to thank you for a highly successful training seminar. I recognize that asking you to take a 12 hour training program and condense the training into four hours was a lot to ask. You met my expectations for providing the training necessary for the project to begin. Providing a compact disc with all the materials in additional to all the other handouts was an excellent idea.
Thank you again for your professionalism and accomplishing the goals of the training seminar.
