Dr. Kathy Hart’s recent presentation to the Executive Advisory Forum, “EAF” was spot on. She identified for this group of CEO’s and business owners the pending challenge of recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce for their companies. The workshop format she utilized helped every one of them recognize the need for a descriptive vision for their company, who should deliver the message and how it should be delivered to ensure buy in from their employees. Key point recognized is that the reason employees may join a firm may not be the same reason they stay.
